3. Desorption and catalytic combustion

After the catalytic oxidation bed reaches the set temperature, the hot air is introduced into the desorption bed, and the organic waste gas is completely separated from the surface of the activated carbon by heating.
Under the action of external force, the high concentration organic waste gas enters the oxidation bed and is decomposed into water and carbon dioxide by the catalytic action of platinum. The waste gas is purified by this operation. The combustion process is characterized by low temperature, high speed, flameless and large heat generation. In the process of catalytic combustion, when the concentration of organic waste gas is high, the excessive heat generated by combustion will lead to the high temperature of catalytic oxidation bed, which will affect the safety of the whole waste gas treatment system.
