污水处理设备的整体流程有哪些?

废水首先进入调节池调节水量,通过加入絮凝剂混合,使废水中的细小悬浮物聚集成较大的矾花,再进入高效沉淀池,使大部分悬浮物沉淀,沉淀下的污泥通过重力作用由排泥管排至污泥池,上清液溢流至氧化池,在氧化池中通过投加酸调节PH值为略酸性,再投加氧化剂,氧化大部分的苯类、有机酸等化和物,降低CODCr,氧化后的废水经活性炭过滤器过滤,吸附剩余的苯类、酯、有机酸等,过滤悬浮物,保证出水达标排放。
